Marathi Kala Mandal Washington DC (“MKM”), a non-profit organization, reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Marathi Kala Mandal Washington DC is organizing “Gauravshali Sohala – 51st Year Celebration,” celebrating the organization’s remarkable journey and contribution to Marathi culture over the past five decades.
The event will bring together community members, artists, volunteers, and guests to celebrate Marathi heritage and achievements.
MKM has formed an organizing committee along with multiple volunteer teams to efficiently plan and conduct the event.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by MKM.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will only be issued for the actual ticket price purchased. Service or processing fees charged by third-party vendors may not be refundable.
MKM may partner with external ticketing platforms to manage registrations and payments. These platforms are responsible for securely handling payment processing and personal information according to their privacy policies.
All online transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption technology to safeguard user information.
All ticket purchases support the mission and community initiatives of Marathi Kala Mandal Washington DC, and therefore all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations initiated by the attendee.
In the case of a technical error or duplicate ticket purchase, MKM may refund the ticket value of the duplicate order. Processing or booking fees charged by third-party payment processors may not be refundable.
“Attendee” refers to any individual holding a valid ticket for the Gauravshali Sohala – 51st Year Celebration event.
“Event Organizers” refers collectively to Marathi Kala Mandal Washington DC, its executive committee, volunteers, event committees, representatives, and partners.
“Venue” refers to the physical location where the Gauravshali Sohala – 51st Year Celebration event is being hosted.
All individuals entering the event venue must possess a valid ticket or registration unless otherwise authorized by the organizers.
Children policies, if applicable, will be communicated in advance for specific programs or venue areas.
Due to high attendance at certain programs, seating may be limited. Entry to specific halls or areas will be subject to capacity limits determined by venue safety regulations.
Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth experience but cannot guarantee seating for all sessions if capacity is reached.
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the event.
Any damage to venue property or equipment caused by an attendee through negligent or intentional actions will be the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Event organizers shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by attendees during the event.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund, at the sole discretion of the event organizers or venue management.
Tickets and entry badges issued in one individual’s name cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person.
Event organizers assume no responsibility for personal medical conditions or emergencies of attendees.
In the event of a medical emergency, organizers may take appropriate action including contacting emergency services.
Attendees are responsible for their own medical needs, medications, and insurance coverage if required.
Attendees requiring special assistance (wheelchairs or mobility support) are encouraged to make their own arrangements or attend with a helper if needed.
Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs but cannot guarantee personal assistance.
Unless otherwise stated, attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation, lodging, and related expenses associated with attending the event.
MKM may share recommended accommodation options for convenience but is not responsible for hotel bookings or related services.
Food may be served during the event depending on the program schedule.
Attendees are responsible for managing their own dietary restrictions, allergies, and health conditions related to food consumption.
MKM and event organizers disclaim any liability for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from food served during the event.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow attendees, volunteers, performers, and venue staff.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Attendees are encouraged to review the event website or official communications for any updates.
Any modifications to these Terms & Conditions will become effective immediately upon publication and will apply to all attendees.
